Leah Singer

Leah Singer began dancing at the age of 4 in Philadelphia, PA. She began her training with the Rock School for Dance Education, training with them and Koresh Dance Academy until 13. At 13 she moved to Moscow and trained with Bolshoi Ballet Academy. When she came back to the US, she joined Pennsylvania Ballet (now Philadelphia Ballet) as a student and then a trainee. She trained and danced with the company for 5 years, whilst at the same time qualifying for the Young Scholars Program at the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), and then joining the College of Liberal Sciences at UPenn. She continued as a trainee for 2 years whilst taking classes at UPenn and after a back injury chose to transition to college full time. Leah graduated with a major in Economics and a minor in Consumer Psychology through Wharton and started her career in eCommerce & Digital Strategy. She graduated NYU Stern School of Business with her MBA in finance and entrepreneurship in May 2024, won a strategy competition for Estee Lauder and has particulated in multiple finance internships. Leah is now the North America eCommerce Manager for BVLGARI LVMH and works in finance, business strategy and data analysis.

Leah has a great deal of personal experience with the transition from ballet to college and college to the corporate world. She worked across industries and company types (from startup to fortune 500) and is able to advise on the flow from ballet to college to the job market. She continues to work with interns at LVMH and young professionals providing guidance on the transition from school to professional life.
